Delta Tree Doctors provides professional tree care services in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and surrounding communities in Northeast Arkansas. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Service availability, scheduling, and scope may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and other factors. All services are subject to an on-site assessment and written estimate prior to work commencing.
All estimates provided by Delta Tree Doctors are free of charge and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the conditions observed during the on-site assessment and represent our best professional judgment at the time of inspection.
Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if:
Any changes to the estimated price will be communicated to and approved by the customer before additional work is performed. We do not charge for work that was not agreed upon.
Scheduled services may be subject to delay or rescheduling due to severe weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduling changes as soon as possible. Emergency services are prioritized and may affect non-emergency scheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (870) 771-3364. There is no cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with adequate notice.

Delta Tree Doctors is fully licensed and insured, carrying comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We take every precaution to perform work safely and professionally.
However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
Tree work inherently involves risk. While we employ industry best practices and ISA-certified arborists, certain outcomes (such as the future health of a treated tree) cannot be guaranteed.
Delta Tree Doctors maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees. Proof of insurance is available upon request prior to the commencement of any work. Our insurance coverage protects both our team and your property during the course of our services.
Payment terms will be outlined in the written estimate or service agreement provided before work begins. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For larger projects, a deposit or progress payments may be required as outlined in the service agreement.
